Over the past few weeks, we have released a ton of features you've been asking for to make your search for content even easier.

We have massively expanded your Search page features--on Music, Video, and SFX. We have even more ways to browse curated, filtered content with Featured Playlists, Playlist Search, and many new Categories within the search pages.

Featured Playlists On Search

Our curated playlists are an easy go-to to find the best of the content you're looking for. Featured Playlists is a new upfront section of the Search pages to help you dig in faster, and find that perfect song, sound effect, and video for your next project. 

Before Featured Playlists in Search, you could browse curated playlists on the Homepage or Playlists page. With hundreds of playlists to choose from, we wanted to make it even easier to know where to start in browsing our most recent and best-curated playlists.

That's why we released Featured Playlists on every search page. Go to the Music, Video, and SFX pages today to see the Featured Playlists we curate weekly for your browsing.

Playlist Search

Playlist Search is here! To continue to 'make it better' on any search, now when you enter a term into the search bar, relevant, highly-curated playlists return in your results to help you find the content you're looking for.

And even better-- with Playlist Search on Music, a playlist result can be opened on the search page. You can see and play the songs within the playlist, without being taken away from your search!

For example, if you are looking for chill tracks for your upcoming project, you can now search ‘chill’, and not only will you receive a list of relevant songs, but now you will see a list of chill playlists at the top of your results that match your search term.

Popular Categories

And then, there's Popular Categories! If you need some inspiration on how to discover the music, SFX, or video you need, you can use the new clickable Popular Categories buttons on any of the search pages. 

Clicking on these category buttons will automatically apply that tag as a filter and return your search in a snap.

It’s as easy as visiting the search pages and clicking a Popular Category button to discover content in new ways.

SFX Category Index

We couldn't stop there; SFX search is even better now, too! Between filters, open search, and the brand-new All Categories index of filtering links, you now have a variety of ways to easily sift through our massive SFX catalog–the way you want to.

The SFX Search Page now includes an index of all available categories and subcategories for SFX. This index will allow you to see the breadth and depth of our SFX catalog in a new way–helping you find that perfect sound effect even easier.

When you click on one of the categories or subcategories links within the index, you will be directed to a search with all relevant SFX for that selection.
