It’s happening. Our stock video library is officially live.
You can now get stock music, video, and SFX all in one place, with one subscription.
If you’re already a Soundstripe member, here’s what you need to do.
Sign in and go to our media dashboard. Look for the upgrade button in the upper right-hand corner of the navigation bar.
Click the button, then upgrade your current subscription to include stock video. You can mix and match music, video, and SFX to create a plan that's just right.
To join Soundstripe, go to our pricing page and pick the subscription that makes the most sense for your projects.
When we launched our music library, we did so with one purpose in mind: Keep creators creating.
But it’s been a few years, and we wanted to help you do more. Hence the name of our launch campaign, “Create More.” Audio and video have an intrinsic relationship, so stock video seemed like the natural choice.
Plus, a lot of you told us you wanted to get your stock video in the same place as your music.

So stock video is here. Let’s take a tour of everything you get.
Variety is a catalyst for creativity, so we wanted to make sure you have lots of options when you’re searching for stock footage.
From cinematic to sci-fi to cityscapes to drone shots to nature landscapes, there’s over 20 different genres to choose from.
Even though we have lots of videos, we’ve spent a tremendous amount of time vetting this catalog to make sure each video meets a high creative standard. We got feedback from thousands of creators about which shots, technical criteria, and use cases mattered most to them. And then we used that insight to further inform how we curated our video catalog. Our footage is available in premium formats: From HD to 4K. Certain collections are color graded, and there’s also unprocessed, not color graded footage in MP4 and MOV formats for you to edit as needed.
Simplifying media licensing has always been a priority for us. Modern creators need the ability to quickly and confidently license stock media. Otherwise, the cost and effort are prohibitive.
Whenever you license a piece of footage from our library, all you have to do is tell us what type of project you’re going to use it for. It’s a few questions at most.
Then you get a single-use perpetual license that grants you permission to use that piece of footage in that project forever, until the end of time — even if you cancel your subscription.
Variety is important, but so is efficiency. We want to make sure you can find the footage you’re looking for, license it, and get back to doing what you love. To make that a reality, we’ve designed our video library with a couple of built-in tools.
First, there are our video playlists and artist collections. Our 30 playlists are all handpicked by our in-house filmmakers to help you quickly find clips for a particular genre, mood, or other use case. The artist collections make it easy for you to find more work by your favorite creators.
Second, there are our video search filters. You have over 30 different filtering criteria that you can use to pinpoint exactly what you’re looking for in our catalog. You can even filter by theme to find footage that matches the mood of your product.
Creators find songs lighting fast in our music library because of our song search filters, and we’ve used what we learned there to create an intuitive system for video search.
Once you start playing a video, open up the video details section and click the bottom right icon within the video frame to find our Picture in Picture function.
This feature will keep the video you're previewing pinned to your computer desktop, even if you leave the browser. That way you can keep looping the clip for as long as you need.
Our goal is to make Soundstripe the only stock media platform you need. “One stop stock,” if you will.
So you can bundle music, video, and SFX in one subscription, for one flat fee. This type of membership grants you unlimited access to all three media libraries.
